Today, Ubisoft sweetened the pre-order bargain for the PC edition of Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 by throwing in a free game.
Buyers have their choice of three games (also PC-only): Far Cry Primal, Watch Dogs 2 (both from 2016) or Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands (2017). The offer is only good for digital pre-orders, whether from Ubisoft, the Epic Games Store, or elsewhere. It doesn’t include pre-orders of disc games, or if the game is part of some other bundle. But if you’ve already pre-ordered The Division 2 (again, digitally), you’re still eligible for the freebie.
Players have until March 31 to redeem their free game through the rewards page.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 just finished a private beta this weekend. We enjoyed our time in pandemic-ravaged Washington, D.C., where players are tasked with stealing the Declaration of Independence, or rescuing it, depending on your point of view.
The open beta for The Division 2 gets going Friday, March 1, through Monday, March 4. It will cover all of the content of the private beta, which will include one of the three Dark Zones, a chance to see an endgame mission, and the character specializations that unlock at level 30.
Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 launches March 14, 2019.
