Everyone’s still out to get John Wick in the latest trailer for John Wick 3: Parabellum.
Earlier this week, the John Wick twitter revealed neon-swathed character posters and character-themed teaser posters, showcasing new characters like Halle Berry’s Sofia, Jason Mantzoukas’ Tick-Tock Man, and Anjelica Huston’s The Director as well returning ones like Laurence Fishburne’s Bowery King. The teasers also hammered the “Tick, Tock, Mr. Wick” slogan.
While the first trailer showed John Wick on the run — mere moments after the end of John Wick 2 — the new one slows things down a bit, highlighting some of the characters and their thoughts about John Wick. After escaping New York City, John Wick finds himself in the Middle East, where he meets Sofia, a mysterious woman whose past is connected to his own. There are also dogs, which as we know, play a major part in John Wick’s life.
“All this for a puppy?” asks The Director.
John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum will hit theaters on May 17, 2019.
