John Boyega and Oscar Isaac make room for Poe-Finn shippers during Star Wars Celebration panel

Star Wars: Celebration kicked off with a panel dedicated to the Episode IX. While the main cast remained pretty tight-lipped on stage about the details of the trilogy’s final installment, there was one subject they were pretty loose-lipped on: shipping. More specifically — StormPilot, the ship between Finn and Poe Dameron.

Stephen Colbert, who hosted the panel, asked John Boyega about a possible love triangle between Finn, Rey (Daisy Ridley), and Rose (Kelly Marie Tran).

“Add Poe there as a love triangle,” quipped Boyega right back. “It’s a love pentagon, man. Finn is single and ready to mingle.”

But it wasn’t just Boyega speaking about the possibility of a romance between Finn and Poe. Oscar Isaac also added fuel to the fire.

“I think he takes his love for Finn very seriously,” said Isaac, when a picture of the pair hanging out and letting loose came on screen.

When asked about what Poe would be up to after the war, Isaac joked about Poe’s need for speed, with a not-so-subtle nod to the ship.

“He seeks adrenaline so he’ll have to find it somewhere,” added Isaac, while giving a playful, longing look at Boyega on stage.

A possible relationship between Finn and Poe has had support from cast members in the past. Laura Dern told the L.A. Times that they would make a beautiful couple. Kelly Marie Tran said she ships them. With support from Isaac and Boyega on stage, could StormPilot have a chance of actually happening in canon?

We’ll find out on Dec. 20, when Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker flies into theaters.
