For a limited amount of time, Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is on sale for 40% off on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and for 33% off on Windows PC. The sale runs on the Ubisoft Store through June 24 and is valid across all editions.

The Division 2 picks up seven months after the deadly smallpox outbreak in New York City that kicked off The Division. The game takes place in a collapsing Washington D.C. amidst the greatest human crisis in history. As veteran agents of the Strategic Homeland Division, players are tasked with protecting the capitol and preventing the total fall of society as warring factions vie for control of the city.

Polygon praised The Division 2 for its collaborative elements and robust player community, noting that it made playing solo a difficult task. The game prioritizes players’ freedom to make strategic choices and select their own approach to gameplay.

The Division 2 was also confirmed yesterday as a Google Stadia launch game, which will launch this November.
