Groundbreaking indie game Superhot is coming to Nintendo Switch today, as announced on Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase. Shown alongside a handful of other indie games, Superhot finally makes its way to Switch.
The 2016 first-person shooter is known for its unique visuals and creative gameplay. Time in the game only moves when you do, which means you can use your brain to figure out how to pull the coolest stunts, dodge bullets, and bash in your enemies’ skulls.
A datamine from a recent Superhot update popped up over the weekend tipping fans off to its Nintendo Switch release, but even with the announcement getting leaked, it’s still a big announcement. The game is up on the eshop now for $24.99, though there is no option to buy it as of writing this.
Superhot originally released in 2016 for Windows, Mac, and Xbox One. Following that, it released in VR in Dec. 2016 and for PlayStation 4 in 2017.
