The M13 also got a much needed buff

The latest patch for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare sees Infinity Ward switching up the game’s weekly rotating playlist once again. The patch also provides a couple of major balance changes, including a nerf to the game’s newest weapon.

This week, Shipment 24/7 — a playlist that only features the close quarters, shipping yard map in a variety of different game modes — has replaced Shoot the Ship. Another playlist change in this patch adds a new version of Gunfight where players can use Custom Classes.

As for balance changes, this patch takes aim at a few different weapons. The MP5’s headshot multiplier was reduced slightly, while the M4 lost some damage as well. The M13 had its range increase, along with a damage boost. The biggest change in the patch came for the recently-added Crossbow, which was destroying Support Helos a little too quickly. After the patch, it will take six shots to destroy an enemy Support Helo, rather than the three.
