Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is nearly done with its first season, and Mediatonic has revealed some more changes we can expect for the second, which begins in October.
Most importantly, there will be 600% more crowns in the season rewards, which is a direct response to fan feedback about the rarity of golden crowns — especially compared to how neat the featured costumes are, since they require golden crowns to unlock.
We've heard you all of your feedback loud and clear!

Winning crowns in Fall Guys against 59 other beans can sometimes be a little challenging (@timthetatman)
For Season 2, we've added over 600% more golden crowns into the Season rewards...
FEATURED COSTUMES FOR EVERYONE!
There are some more exciting changes on the way, though. In the early days of Fall Guys, players on PC could see each others’ Steam nicknames. Almost immediately, players got into the code to manipulate their names and filled the end-of-round rewards with GIANT LETTERS, green text, and other silly spectacles.
It looks like players are getting a new way to show off their individuality. In the first season, everyone was “Fall Guy” followed by a randomized four digit code. Now in season 2, we’ll have nameplates, which players can use to select a nickname and flag.
I thought I'd record a quick video to reveal a new feature that's coming in Season 2...

Very spicy ️

This seems like a very friendly solution to the nickname issue, and shouldn’t cause any problems for younger players. Season 2 starts in October, and we know the theme will be medieval, with knights and wizards skins to match.
