Kentucky Route Zero’s music, composed by artist Ben Babbitt, complements its mysterious and mostly quiet gameplay, helping secure its spot on our top 10 games of the decade list.
Some of the game’s soothing, staticky compositions are the perfect tunes to play when you need to wind down, or maybe before you doze off for a nap. Some of the other songs may be a bit too chaotic to relax to, but being able to add them to a playlist anyway is a nice farewell to the recently ended series.
Purchasing the album on Bandcamp gives access to a high-quality download as an MP3, FLAC, and more.
Kentucky Route Zero launched in several acts over the years, starting in 2013, with the fifth and final act being released on Jan. 28. The game is available to play on Linux, Mac, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One.
