On Wednesday, The Pokémon Company dropped a whole bunch of things on us: New Pokémon Snap, Mega evolution in Pokémon Go, and a few other cute games and apps. Oh, and it’s also the release date for Pokémon Sword and Shield’s first expansion, Isle of Armor. But apparently, that’s not all The Pokémon Company has to share in June. More news is coming on June 24, the developer said.
“We know that’s a lot to take in, Trainers, but there’s still more to come!” the company tweeted from the official Pokémon account. “Keep your eyes out for more Pokémon news coming on June 24.”

It’s possible there will be more news about the Pokémon Sword and Shield expansion, The Crown Tundra, but fans are speculating about something else — remakes of Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
The Sinnoh region games are expected to be the next in the lineup, given the company’s previous timelines for remakes. Pokémon Diamond and Pearl were released in 2007 in the United States for Nintendo DS.
These rumors remain entirely unconfirmed.
