The characters from both Avatar: The Last Airbender and The Legend of Korra are coming to MOBA Smite as character skins.
Aang, Zuko, and Korra are all getting two skins to represent them. Both of Aang’s skins are for Merlin and you can get him in his classic outfit or his shirtless Avatar form, complete with glowing arrows and eyes. Zuko’s skins are for Susano and you can have the long-haired friendly Zuko we see in the third season of the show or him in his Blue Spirit outfit. Korra’s skins are for Skadi, and you can grab her classic outfit or her short-haired Avatar form from the final season.
While it seems that players can grab the basic skins on their own, the Avatar forms and the Blue Spirit skin will only be available from the battle pass.
Smite is not unfamiliar with the most seemingly random of collaborations. It previously had a RWBY battle pass, featuring the four main girls as character skins.
The Avatar series has had multiple video games on a plethora of platforms. We’ve gotten games about the original gang, Korra, and even a video game adaption of the live-action The Last Airbender movie. This is the first time we’re seeing the Avatar crew in a video game since The Legend of Korra video game in 2017.
More information about the Avatar Battle Pass will be revealed on the Smite Twitch channel on June 24 at 3 p.m. EDT.
