Don’t let the colorful jelly bean bodies in Fall Guys fool you — this is still a competitive battle royale style game. Unfortunately, that means cheaters can spoil the experience for everybody. Right now, instead of relying on individual reports from players, developer Mediatronic has improved its detection tools. A wave of bans have gone out, clearing Fall Guys of cheaters.

Kotaku reported on these exploits; these hacks are showing up on big streams as well. Needless to say, widespread cheating can spoil the fun for players.

According to Mediatronic’s tweet, the studio has “noticed a large drop in cheaters” but did not specify an exact figure. We’ve reached out to Mediatronic for more information and have yet to receive a response.
