Please stop bullying Fall Guys’ yellow team

The yellow team always loses

There is one thing that Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout players hate more team team mini-games: the yellow team. Sure, it’s bad enough to be reliant on other players during intense Fall Guys matches — but if you’re going to play these games, you better pray for team red or blue. That’s because the yellow team ... is cursed.

If you’re put on the yellow team, chances are you’re going to lose — at least, according to the internet. Everyone’s bullying the yellow team, including the official Fall Guys Twitter account. And frankly, I am hurt. Yellow is my favorite color, and before I heard about the yellow team discourse, I used to cheer when I was placed on the team. I still cheer, but just a little bit quieter.

Here’s my theory: People are now picking on the yellow team in-game as well as on social media. They’re ganging up on us to take the eggs from our baskets and to grab our tails. The curse of the yellow team is not innate — it’s been thrust upon us by red, green, and blue teams, and now we’re doomed to be losers forever.

Despite the hate, some yellow team players are embracing their destiny and accepting their fate. Some of us are just yellow team, and there’s no need to fight it. Yeah, I have no crowns. Sure, I may forget to actually grab the crown. What of it?
