Cuphead characters are officially coming to Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, Cuphead developer Studio MDHR tweeted on Monday morning. Players can pick up costumes of the titular Cuphead and the game’s player two variant, Mugman, later this week.
Studio MDHR’s Tweet is quick and to the point, and also the only details we have about Cuphead’s appearance in Fall Guys.
A fall is surely brewing...

Cuphead and his pal Mugman are coming to @FallGuysGame! Cuphead arrives on 2/24 alongside a special emote, and Mugman joins the fray on 2/27. Each costume piece & emote will be available for 5 crowns.

Players can grab their Cuphead outfit on Wednesday, Feb. 24 — a Cuphead emote will also appear in the in-game store on the same day. Mugman will make his Fall Guys debut on Saturday, Feb. 27. Every Cuphead item will run players five Crowns, and it looks like the character outfits are both two pieces each — a top and a bottom. That’s 25 Crowns for the Cuphead set.
The costumes themselves are haunting in typical Fall Guys fashion. They make the player’s bean look more like a mascot of Cuphead and Mugman than the heroes themselves, which adds to the game’s unique and horrifying sense of style.
At last week’s Nintendo Direct, Mediatonic announced that Fall Guys will come to the Nintendo Switch this summer. Cuphead first hit the Nintendo Switch about two years ago, and the studio announced a Netflix deal for a Cuphead TV show in summer of 2019.
Soon, you’ll be able to dress up as your favorite ceramic hero inside of Fall Guys to celebrate both games numerous successes.
