Kena: Bridge of Spirits, the action-adventure game from Ember Lab, arrive Aug. 24 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC. The studio announced the new release date and showed off a new trailer during Sony’s latest State of Play livestream on Thursday.
Kena’s new trailer showed off some of the lush wilderness and cute spirits of the forest. Ember Lab also showed off Kena’s combat and its beautiful cutscenes.
In Kena: Bridge of Spirits, players control the titular character, Kena. The game features puzzles, unlockable skills, and tiny companions called Rot. Kena will need her friends and her skills to restore her ancient village.
Ember Lab first revealed Kena: Bridge of Spirits in June of last year. Kena will set players back $39.99 for the Standard Edition or $49.99 for the Digital Edition, which comes with a digital soundtrack and some in-game goodies like skins for Kena’s staff and Rot companions. Pre-order players can also unlock Celebration Hats, which they can use to further customize the Rot. Buying the game on either PlayStation console will get you both versions. Pre-orders for the PC version are available on the Epic Games Store.
