The spring 2021 anime season is almost here, and that means there are dozens of new and returning shows on the horizon. On Tuesday, Funimation announced all of the series that it’s bringing to its streaming service this season, including a few of the year’s most anticipated shows.
Undoubtedly the biggest returning show for Funimation this spring is My Hero Academia, which is coming back for its fifth season. According to Funimation, the series’ simulcasts will begin on March 27, with SimulDub information coming at a later time.
Fruits Basket is also coming back for its final season, with episode 1 already available. The beautifully animated boxing series Megalobox is back for another season as well, which will start streaming on April 4. On top of these returning shows, the service also continues to broadcast the SimulDub of Black Clover Season 4 and the simulcast of One Piece.
Each of these shows will be airing throughout their seasons on Funimation’s streaming service. Funimation offers free accounts that allow users to watch shows with ads, or a few different Premium options starting at $5.99 a month.
