The JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure anime is coming back for part 6. As expected, the next season of the anime will adapt the Stone Ocean story from the manga.
Stone Ocean follows the story of Jolyne Cujoh, the daughter of Jotaro Kujo — who was the main character of JoJo’s Adventure part 3: Stardust Crusaders. Part 6 will take place in Port St. Lucie, Florida, where Jolyne was framed for murder and sent to prison. During her stay, Jolyne’s father visits and tells her that she was framed by a disciple of DIO who plans to kill her in prison, throwing Jolyne into a deadly game of cat-and-mouse against her would-be assassin.

Along with the announcement of the new season, the JoJo’s Twitter account also announced that Jolyne will be voiced by Ai Fairouz (How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?). On the official JoJo’s website, Fairouz let fans know how excited she was to join the cast, and how much the JoJo’s series means to her.
“I cannot live without JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series and it is also what aspired me to take voice acting as a profession,” Fairouz said, according to the JoJo’s website’s English translation. “I love and admire Jolyne as a character and her beautiful, strong nature gave me strength especially during my student years, so I am really grateful for the opportunity to voice Jolyne.”
Unfortunately, there’s no announcement yet on when JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure part 6 will be released.
