Saints Row returns with a reboot in February 2022

Volition’s open-world crime series goes back to its roots on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC

Saints Row is being rebooted as, well, Saints Row, coming Feb. 25, 2022 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC via the Epic Games Store.

Volition and Deep Silver revealed the game with an extended story trailer shown during Gamescom 2021’s Opening Night Live stream. In it, players are introduced to the new gang — a group of four Gen Z-ish criminal impresarios who are trying to take their startup to the big time in a new city, Santo Ileso.

Bryce Charles, one of the actors portraying the player-created and controlled Boss character, promised that the game will take place in the largest city map the series has seen to date.

Filled with over-the-top action, explosions, and fast and furious driving action, Saints Row is the first full title in the series since 2013’s Saints Row 4 for PlayStation 3, Windows PC, and Xbox 360.
