Asgard Wealth locations map
There are 30 Wealth locations in Asgard, and they are all Ymir’s Tear Stones. We’ve broken them up into regions based (roughly) on the closest settlement or named region.
1 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
This Ymir’s Tear Stone is located at the base of the mountain on the north side of Heimdall’s Tower’s island. It’s beneath a red tarp along the shore.
2 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Beneath Heimdall’s Tower, find a cavern to the right with some decrepit bridges. Grab an explosive pot from the south side of the cavern, climb along the bridge, and drop down into the bottom where you’ll find an opening covered by rubble. Place the pot on top of it and shoot it to find the hidden Ymir’s Tear Stone.
3 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Grab an explosive pot, and walk along the tightrope until you reach the rubble-blocked doorway built into the side of the rock. Throw it or shoot it to explode the breakable barrier and claim the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
4 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
This collectible is hidden behind a wall in the area past a large golden statue of a woman. Once you come to a waterfall with a walled off hidden area behind it, jump into the water and swim underneath to find a chest containing Ymir’s Tear Stone.
5 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
When you come to a doorway blocked with rubble on your way to this Wealth, hop along the detritus in the water to reach a canoe carrying explosive pots. Grab the pot and hop back along the objects in the pond to reach the door. Throw or shoot the explosive pot to break the door and claim the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
6 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Amid the marble pillars, look for an altar with bags of red fruit on it. Jump off the cliff behind it and follow the ropes, ledges, and platforms until you come to a hut built onto the cliff side with a chest containing the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
7 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
From the bottom of Ivaldi’s Forge, climb up the rock and wood until you reach a platform suspended by a rope. Hop to it, then use your Odin’s Sight to highlight a binding holding a ladder in place above you. Shoot it to drop the ladder down, jump to it, and climb up to reach the chest containing Ymir’s Tear Stone.
8 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
In Ivaldi’s Forge, climb up the wall to the right of the dwarf to find a crack in the wall. Pass through to find a chamber. The chest containing Ymir’s Tear Stone is behind the blue banner.
9 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Outside of Asgard, climb the pillars until you come to a platform with a tightrope-able pennant banner hanging nearby. Climb on top of the lamppost nearest the banner and jump to it. Follow it to the chest containing Ymir’s Tear Stone.
10 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
When you reach the map marker for this Ymir’s Tear Stone, it will indicate that the collectible is beneath you. So, look for the secret entrance indicator instead. This will tell you to hop off the side of this ledge and look for the secret entrance in the rock. Enter to find a cavern filled with poisonous green gas. Head to the far end of the cave and climb up the scaffolding to find the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
11 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
At the north end of Indre Holm, look for a bluish green light that signals a secret entrance. Dive into the water and swim south to enter a chamber with beams of light that you need to direct. Point the first light at the nearest receptor, and then cross to the far side of the room to point the beam at the receptor to your right. This will remove the wall of light. Break the barrier behind where the wall of light was to find a chest with a Ymir’s Tear Stone.
12 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
During the story mission “The Big Finish,” you will go with Loki to the south side of Indre Holm, where you will find a cavern. Force open the red door to enter another cavern where you will find a chest containing this Ymir’s Tear Stone.
North of Trollton
13 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
At the A-frame house, head to the back and shoot out the branches covering the windows. Then climb through to find a chest containing a Ymir’s Tear Stone.
14 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
In the woods north of Trollton, climb the tree covered in blue flowers. Climb onto a branch to reach a platform in a nearby tree. From there, run along the tightrope to reach another platform in a different tree, where you’ll find a chest containing a Ymir’s Tear Stone.
15 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
To the southwest of the icy tower that dominates Trollton, look for a camp where multiple enemies are patrolling near a fire. In the center of this camp, look for a chest which holds another Ymir’s Tear Stone.
16 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
In Trollton, climb the ice-covered tower until you reach the top, where you will find a pyre and a Ymir’s Tear Stone chest.
17 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
From chest 18, grab an explosive pot and carry it through the gap in the wall. Then throw it at the breakable door directly in front of you to open another room. Open the chest to receive a Ymir’s Tear Stone.
18 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
From the camp where you found 15, look to the base of the tower, where you’ll see a sheet of pale blue ice blocking a hole in a wall. Break it, then drop down and squeeze through the crack in the wall on the right. Cross to the far corner of the room and shoot through the window at the explosive pots. Return to the hallway through the crack in the wall, head to the dead end, and turn right. Slide through the low hole in the wall to enter the room where the explosive pots were. Open the chest to get a Ymir’s Tear Stone.
Well of Urdr
19 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
At the entrance of the Well of Urdr, drop down into the water. Dive down and swim west until you come to a chamber with a note, some furniture, and a chest with Ymir’s Tear Stone.
20 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Soon after entering the Well of Urdr, once you pass the doorway by manipulating light, climb the cliff face on the right side of the tunnel to find a large chest containing Ymir’s Tear Stone.
21 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
After meeting the wolf pup in the Well of Urdr, dive into the pool of water and swim out through a tunnel into a wide open area in the water with massive pillars. In the center, find a chest with the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
Northeast of Litamiotvir
22 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
At the ruins on the southeast side of the southern island, look for a grate in the floor, and shoot through it at an angle to hit the explosive vases below. Run to the stairs that lead down below that floor to find the chest containing the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
23 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
On the east side of the southern island, you’ll come to a wide open area with a central obelisk. On the south side, look for a crate suspended from the cliff face by a rope. Climb up and into the chasm below it to find the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
24 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
At the far northern edge of Utangard Chasm, look for a crack in the west wall above a tan awning. Slip in through the crack to find a room with a bunch of moveable shelves. Move the smaller shelves out of the way, then pull the big shelf back as far as it will go. Slip in and open the chest to get Ymir’s Tear Stone.
25 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
On the wall that borders the west edge of Utangard Chasm, look for a hole in the floor covered by a breakable wooden barrier. Shoot it with an arrow and drop down to find the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
26 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
At the north end of Utangard Chasm, kill the Murderer and loot their body to get the key. Head to the open area in the south end that contains the Ymir’s Tear Stone.
27 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Look for the pond with a glowing blue-green light above it and enter the cavern behind the light. Once inside, you’ll see a pond. There’s a chasm on the far side of the water, but it is blocked by a wall of light. To access this area, position the beams of light so that they shine through a crack in the wall and onto the receptor in the room behind. Dive into the pond and swim into the chasm that was previously blocked by light to find the chest and this Ymir’s Tear Stone.
28 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Go to the World Event 6 marker on the map, which will take you the intersection of a pair of dirt paths, flanked by braziers where you will find a buck. Follow the buck and he will be joined by four more deer en route to the marker for Wealth 28 on the south end of the island. When you get there, you will find a chest containing Ymir’s Tear Stone.
South of Well of Urdr
29 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
From the southernmost point on the southeast island, hop across the debris to reach a small island. You will find a wrecked ship with a chest containing a Ymir’s Tear Stone.
30 - Ymir’s Tear Stone
Beneath the mountain on the westernmost island, find a wide open area covered in chalky white dust. Here you can see an entrance to the mountain. Enter, and push the moveable rock aside to come to a fork in the road with crevices on the right and left. Clamber through the one on the right and run through the green fog to come to a treasure chest containing the island’s sole Ymir’s Tear Stone.
Asgard Mysteries locations map
There are 9 Mystery locations in Asgard, including World Events, a Flyting, an Offering Altar, and a Cairn. We’ve broken them up into regions based (roughly) on the closest settlement or named region.
1 - World Event: Njord’s Lament
At the north end of Asgard’s island, find a boat and pilot it to the tiny island along the map’s northern border. There you will find Njord, who will request a boat to go back to the mainland. Return to your boat, take command, and Njord will board. Pilot the boat back to the mainland to complete the “Njord’s Lament” World Event.
2 - Ymir’s Altar Offering Altar
In order to complete this Mystery, you must first find all 30 pieces of wealth hidden around Asgard. Once you have collected every Ymir’s Tear Stone, offer all 30 Ymir’s Tear Stone to earn five skill points and complete Ymir’s Altar Offering Altar.
3 - World Event: Food of the Gods
At the northwest edge of the easternmost island, find a hunter named Andhrimnir amid some red and brown tents. Follow him, and kill the boar (even if it has a red skull next to its health bar, Eivor/Havi will do a finishing move on it when you first attack) to complete the “Food of the Gods” World Event.
4 - World Event: Valhalla Bound
On the north end of Indre Holm, look for an NPC called Einherjar. Speak to him (that’s it) to complete the “Valhalla Bound” World Event.
5 - Flyting: Thor
At this peak, which sits beneath a tower on the central island, and looks out at Yggdrasill, Thor will challenge you to flyt.
To complete this flyting and earn an increase in charisma, choose:
- O, beware what you ask for, I’ll finish the fight,
- I’m as wise as an owl, you’re a fool of a god.
- Well, your victory’s not what my visions portend.
6 - World Event: Noble Harts
Go to the World Event 6 marker on the map, which will take you the intersection of a pair of dirt paths, flanked by braziers, where you will find a buck. Follow the buck and he will be joined by four more deer en route to the marker for Wealth 28 on the south end of the island. (You’ll probably have to fight your way through some jotun and wolves on your way — if you get separated, just head back to the beginning.) When you get there, you will find a chest containing another Ymir’s Tear Stone.
7 - World Event: Hel’s Well
Go to the marker on the map, where you will find a man weeping on a large metal grate covering a hole in the ground. Fight him or talk him down to complete the “Hel’s Well” World Event.
8 - Litamiotvitr Cairn
On the south side of the massive mountain that takes up most of the southern island, you will find a peak with a spectacular view of Yggdrasill. Interact with the stones on this cliff to build the Cairn.
9 - Milk of Humankind World Event
In the ruins to the south of Trollton, look for a cow named Audumbla (“hornless cow rich in milk”) in the ruins. Break the wooden barriers and move the stone out of the way to lead Audumbla out of the ruins. (If you’re having trouble getting Audumbla to leave the ruins, make sure you break both sides of the double-wide wooden barriers.) Follow Audumbla out to complete the Milk of Humankind World Event.
