Astral Chain guide: File 02 Awake cases, cats, and collectibles map

In this Astral Chain collectibles guide, you’ll find a map of File 02: Awake that marks the locations of the red and blue cases, the level’s Feline Friend, and the toilet.

Every level of Astral Chain has multiple side missions, a stray cat, and a bathroom to find. Most of them are pretty easy to spot, but not every one is accessible on your first time through the game. We’ll include extra explanation for anything that’s difficult to get to or requires special abilities or Legions.

File 02: Awake collectibles map

There are six blue cases in File 02 — two of them are in HQ before you head out on the mission, and the remaining four are on Grand Avenue.

There are six red cases. Five of them are along your route through the level, and one — Into the Gate — requires the Arm Legion to access.

File 02: Bathroom location

Early in the level, while tracking the chimera along Grand Avenue, you’ll head down into a parking garage. Inside, head to the left, and then head south. Duck under the partially closed gate to find this bathroom and pick up the tarp for the Toilet Faerie.

File 02: Cat location

You need to have the Arm Legion to rescue this cat. You’ll find this level’s cat, Walnut, fairly late in the level. As you’re chasing the chimera toward the upper levels of Grand Avenue, you’ll reach a point where you protect a few civilians from an attack — the Protect and Serve red case. When the fight is over, head to the east, and then back into the alley.
