Hidden Desert in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is, well, a desert area hidden deep below the castle.
Hidden Desert only connects to Forbidden Underground Waterway (in two different places).
Below, we’ve included a complete map of Hidden Desert with a few notes about the area.

Hidden Desert is a complex area full of falling sand, deadly new enemies, and confusing passages. Several rooms and paths are only accessible by sinking through sand on the floor until you fall into a room below. Use our map above to learn where these hidden doors are.
Your ultimate goal in this area is to head to the top right corner to face Alfred. It’s a rough fight that doesn’t seem like it earns you a reward. Once Alfred is defeated, take the nearby elevator down one floor to find a newly opened passage. In that room, you’ll pick up the Deep Sinker Shard ability that makes you sink in water. This lets you open underwater chests and doors that you couldn’t before.
