Every time you defeat a new type of demon in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, a new entry will appear in your Archives. You won’t have to go out of your way to find most of them — they’re right along the game’s path, and you’ll encounter them eventually. There are a few that are easy to miss, though.
This guide will show you how to find and defeat Kunekune — demon 44 in your Archive.
Kunekune location

Demon 44, Kunekune, is located on the train in Bridge of Evil. Don’t worry about finding him on your first visit. Instead, come back and ride the train again.
In the second car, there’s a seat next to a window you can interact with. Sit down, and then wait for about 40 seconds of real world time. Kunekune will appear and attack you.
How to defeat Kunekune
Kunekune attacks with brutal curse-based blows that will drain your health fast. It (he?) cannot jump, though, so you’re safe if you can get out of reach. Better yet, use Invert to stand on the ceiling of the car, and then attack up at him.

Kunekune has the chance to drop Platinum and the Resist Curse Shard.
