DC Comics' Mortal Kombat X gives the series the same treatment as its popular Injustice: Gods Among Us tie-in comic: taking the characters of the fighting game and giving them lots and lots to fight about.

Chapter 27 will reveal the backstory of General Reiko at Shang Tsung's island. Written by Shawn Kittelsen, with art from Daniel Sampere, Dexter Soy, Juan Albarran, Veronica Gandini and Kyle Ritter, it'll be available for download on all your digital comics platforms on Sunday!
