Uniqlo’s Shonen Jump 50th anniversary line is here

I’ve always wanted a shirt with dead Yamcha on it

Julia Lee (she/her) is a guides producer, writing guides for games like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Genshin Impact. She helped launch the Rift Herald in 2016.

Shonen Jump and Uniqlo are celebrating the magazine’s 50th anniversary by putting favorite manga scenes on sweet, affordable t-shirts.

The shirt designs are awesome and feature direct art from manga like Dragon Ball, Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, Gintama and Hunter x Hunter. (Y’know, because those are all Shonen Jump manga.) Each shirt is $14.90 (kids tees are $9.90), which is a steal for official graphic tees like this.

While some of the shirts feature serious scenes and cool poses, you can also buy sillier shirts like the Yamcha one below, featuring him in his iconic death pose.

Shounen Jump/UNIQLO

My personal favorite is the Gon-san shirt, which has his bizarrely tall hair stretching across the front of the shirt and continuing onto the back of the shirt.

You can grab the shirts at Uniqlo’s online store or in retail stores, with more designs releasing on May 25 and one additional tee set for release on June 25.
