While virtual reality headsets might not be going through the same platform war as consoles or streaming right now, knowing which headset to buy can still be difficult. If you’re not sure which one to get this holiday, check out our reviews of the Oculus Rift S, the Oculus Quest, the Oculus Go, the HTC Vive, the Valve Index, and the PlayStation VR headset.

However, if you know which VR headset you’re looking for but haven’t made a purchase yet, then check out the Black Friday 2019 VR headset deals we’ve found below.

Oculus Rift S, Quest, Go Black Friday 2019 deals

If you want an affordable VR headset that can plug into your PC and offers a great experience without the need of tracking cameras, then you might like the Oculus Rift S (which you can learn more about in Polygon’s Oculus Rift S review). The headset will be $350 starting November 28.

If you’d rather get an all-in-one headset that doesn’t need to be plugged into anything but can still play plenty of games and entertainment, check out the Oculus Quest (and read Polygon’s Oculus Quest review for the details). If you buy one between now and Jan. 1, you’ll get all three episodes of Vader Immortal with purchase, which is a $29.97 value.

If you’d rather have a VR headset focused more on entertainment then gaming, check out the Oculus Go (read our Oculus Go review). It will be available for $149 for the 32 GB and $199 for the 64 GB version from November 28 to December 2.

HTC Vive, Pro, Cosmos Black Friday 2019 deals

If you’re looking for a more high-end VR headset with a few extra features, then check out the Vive Pro (read our Vive Pro review) and the Vive Cosmos (read The Verge’s review).

The Vive Pro Starter Kit, which comes with the headset and the system’s original tracking cameras and controllers, will be on sale for at $799, a $300 discount for the holidays. The Vive Pro Full Kit will also get the same price drop but will come with its upgraded tracking cameras, controllers, and upgraded tracking for $1,099. If you’re looking just for the Vive Pro headset alone, it’ll be $200 off during the holidays. Certified pre-owned versions of the original Vive are also getting a price drop of $50.

If you want the latest from HTC but don’t need the power of the Vive Pro, you can get the Vive Cosmos for $100 off. Unlike the Vive Pro, the Cosmos ditches the tracking cameras and does all of its tracking on the headset alone.

HTC’s Vive Wireless Adapter, which turns Vive headsets into tetherless devices, will also drop $50 for the holiday weekend.

If you’re looking for deals on VR games, apps, and videos, then check out the Viveport Infinity Black Friday deal, which drops 45% off the cost of an annual subscription.

PlayStation VR

If you own a PlayStation 4 and want to get into VR, thankfully the PlayStation VR (read Polygon’s PlayStation VR review for more) is also having its share of holiday deals. There are two big deals across several retailers. One will get you a wide variety of games, while the other focuses on two titles.

The PlayStation VR Mega Pack will get you the PlayStation VR headset, a PlayStation Camera, plus download codes for Astro Bot Rescue Mission, Skyrim VR, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Everybody’s Golf VR, and PlayStation VR Worlds. The entire bundle will be $199.99, a $100 discount during the holidays199. This bundle does not include the PlayStation VR Move controllers.

You can also get the PlayStation VR Blood & Truth and Everybody’s Golf VR Bundle right now for $249.99. It also comes with the headset, camera, and a pair of the PlayStation VR Move controllers.
