Two big new releases in gaming are on sale this week, but we’re admittedly more excited about a few returning deals. We’ve written ad nauseum about how great TCL’s 6-series TV is — and the 55-inch model is on sale for $549.99, matching its lowest price ever. On the PC side of things, Asus’ huge, curved ROG Swift monitor is back down to $790.99, a little over $200 off MSRP.

Mortal Kombat 11 was just released yesterday, but the latest game in the classic fighting franchise is already on sale for $10 off at Amazon. And the new Stranger Things-themed Dungeons and Dragons Starter Set is discounted in Amazon’s one-day-only tabletop gaming sale.

Finally, there’s still time to enter our giveaway with Fanatical. Every entry gives you a chance to win over $1,000 worth of PC games, including the aforementioned Mortal Kombat 11. The contest closes at the end of the month, on April 30.

As always, if there’s a deal we missed, let us know on Twitter @PolygonDeals.

Best TV deal: TCL 55-inch 6-series 4K TV

The best 4K TV for gaming under $1,000 is hands down the TCL 6-series. The display is the best in its class and response rate is good (though not top-of-the-line) even when gaming in 4K. Both the 55-inch and 65-inch models were on sale for their lowest prices ever last week. While the discount on the 65-inch is over, the 55-inch dropped $20 lower, to $549.99 at both Walmart and Amazon.

Best monitor deal: Asus ROG Swift curved gaming monitor

We featured Asus’ ROG Swift PG348Q monitor in this column a few weeks ago when it dropped to its lowest price ever, $790.99, and now that deal is back. The 34-inch curved monitor isn’t the fastest on the market (though it does well for its size) but thanks to Nvidia G-Sync technology it can keep up with powerful GPUs without any screen tearing.

This 34-inch curved monitor from Asus is a beast, both in terms of size and performance. It’s got a solid 100 Hz response rate and supports Nvidia G-Sync, so if you picked up a GeForce graphics card this monitor will be able to keep up. It’s typically

Best accessory deal: Blue Snowball microphone

Blue makes the Yeti microphone, a popular choice for streamers and podcasters, but it also makes a smaller version appropriately called the Snowball. While the Yeti provides more control over your audio, this little guy is still a solid choice for casual streaming and gaming. Plus, at $30.90, it’s a much cheaper option.

Best video game deal: Mortal Kombat 11

Mortal Kombat 11 was released yesterday, with a time-bending plot showing how far the franchise has come in its 20 years of existence. Though PC games are often on sale during their release windows, its rare for console versions to follow suit. But just one day after release, Mortal Kombat 11 is already discounted by $10 on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Best tabletop game deal: Stranger Things Dungeons and Dragons Starter Set

The new Dungeons and Dragons Starter Set, with a Stranger Things-inspired adventure, is a wonderful (if too brief) introduction to the hobby of tabletop gaming. It was also released earlier this week but is on sale today for $17.59, 30 percent off launch price, in an Amazon Gold Box deal. (If D&D isn’t your thing, there are many more board games to check out in this sale.)
