Best Buy is offering a free game with the purchase of a Nintendo Switch in a new promotion. It’s the best deal we’ve seen yet on Nintendo’s flagship console.

When the Nintendo Switch was launched, we knew it’d be a long time before we saw any sort of meaningful discount on the console. For a while, eBay’s site-wide coupons were the best way to save a few bucks on a Switch purchase, but the retailer seems to have stopped running those promotions.

Recently, your best bet on a Switch discount has been through bundles, whether offered directly from Nintendo or an unofficial bundle from a retailer. Switch bundles have typically offered half-off a game, and often have only a small selection of games to choose from.

Not only does this Best Buy deal offer a free game rather than just offsetting its price, the list of free games to choose from is exponentially larger — more than 200 titles. Just about any Switch game you’re interested in playing is probably on that list, including Super Mario Odyssey, Mortal Kombat 11, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Both standard Switch consoles and the adorable limited-edition Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu Switch bundle, featuring Pikachu and Eevee on the dock, are eligible for the promotion. Just add a Switch to your cart and choose a game from the list; the discount will be applied at checkout.

Best Buy hasn’t specified how long the deal will be available. We’ve reached out for clarification and will update this post accordingly.
