The 2019 holiday season and the concurrent onslaught Black Friday deals are behind us, but 2020 is bringing some pretty sweet deals of its own.

With the next generation of video game consoles due to be released this year, we can expect to see current systems go on sale as retailers make room for the new models. First up is Microsoft’s powerful Xbox One X, which has never gotten more than a $150 discount. It’s now down to $344 at Amazon, $156 off MSRP.

And if you got (or are planning to pick up) a 4K-ready console this year, the lead-up to the Super Bowl is the best time to pick up a 4K TV at a discount. Best Buy’s “Game Day” sale is underway now, with plenty of options from budget picks to high-end models. For the former, we like the Insignia 4K Fire TV, which is $90 off and comes with a free Amazon Echo Dot.

Whether you’re looking to treat yourself after spending the last few months shopping for gifts or looking to upgrade a system that you were gifted, we’re rounding up the best deals the internet has to offer this week.
