Amazon Prime Day 2020 is here! The retailer’s two-day deals event usually takes place in mid-July, but when the COVID-19 pandemic scrambled the retail industry, Amazon pushed Prime Day to Oct. 13-14.
As in previous years, Amazon is discounting thousands upon thousands of products this Prime Day (and that’s not to mention the competing retailers offering deals of their own.) Frankly, a big chunk of those products are junk. But we here are Polygon scoured the deals to highlight the worthwhile discounts on Prime Day 4K TVs, gaming accessories, games, books, and Blu-rays, and more products you might actually want to buy. (With the PS5 and Xbox Series X console launches on the horizon, we don’t expect any major console discounts, but we are seeing some nice deals on gaming accessories, as well as Nintendo Switch games.)
