Dungeons & Dragons publisher Wizards of the Coast is partnering with Humble on a new ebook bundle. The collection of 23 fantasy novels set in the D&D universe is being billed as the “Read the Realms” bundle, and is available through May 13.
Most of the ebooks are part of the New York Times-bestselling fantasy series, The Legend of Drizzt. Set in the Forgotten Realms D&D setting, The Legend of Drizzt has been running since 1988, recounting the adventures of a dark elf named Drizzt Do’Urden. The series is broken up into several trilogies and collections, many of which are available in their entirety as part of the bundle. They include the Dark Elf Trilogy and the Icewind Dale Trilogy, and the Paths of Darkness collection. Other novels that aren’t technically part of The Legend of Drizzt series, but are also set in the Forgotten Realms and tangentially relate to Drizzt Do’Urden’s adventures, are included as well.
Like most Humble Bundles, the Read the Realms bundle is pay-what-you-want. Six novels are unlocked with a minimum purchase price of $1, while the full bundle is unlocked when you pay $15 or more. A portion of each purchase goes towards the charity Extra Life, which hosts gaming marathons to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.
