Looking at the Photo of Fristad that you found Charlie’s bedroom in your menu says …

The photograph implies that the lovers meet in Fristad Rock, somewhere near the shoreline.

Head to Fristad Rock in the afternoon.

Exit the tunnels through the left, and follow the shore (pictured above) until you see a cave entrance with “slick like shadows” text floating above it. Head inside to the Storm Shelter.

Look around the room to pick up the Sullohern’s Last Words cassette and Intelligence Archives Access document. Check the whiteboard for the BQ Notes: The Icebox and BQ Notes: Horizon Bunkers.

Climb up, away from the shore, and head back toward the tunnels. When you reach the giant sign, walk through t gap on the left.

On the other side of the sign there’s a parking lot filled with military vehicles. Head through it toward the water on the far side. When you reach the shore, turn left and keep going. You’ll see the airplane from the photo of Charlie and Fia in the water. Head inside bunker 09.

Inside bunker 09, on the console underneath the “wet the shit is this?” text, play the Watching Paint Dry cassette, and read the Order of Operations document, and you’ll have your next destination.
