Destiny 2 Season of the Chosen guide: Seasonal Challenges for Week 8, March 30

Destiny 2: Season of the Chosen’s Week 8 Seasonal Challenges arrived on March 30, and in this guide we’ll show you how to complete them all.

Some Season 13 weekly Challenges are more involved than the others. Check out the descriptions below for advice on the fastest way to complete these Seasonal Challenges — particularly Nightfall Proving Grounds, Lenses in Focus, and Decisive Strike — before they expire on May 11.

Nightfall Proving Grounds

Challenge: Defeat combatants using a Linear Fusion Rifle or Sidearm in the Nightfall: The Ordeal version of the Proving Grounds strike. Complete three Nightfalls and get 50 kills.

This Challenge is pretty straightforward. However, note that the Nightfall rotates each week, so you’ll likely need to get this one done this week if you want to avoid completing Proving Grounds on the Grandmaster difficulty.

Legendary Lost Sector Variety Attack

Challenge: Defeat combatants in Legendary Lost Sectors using sniper rifles, submachine guns, rocket launchers, or bows. 300 total combatants.

You just need to completer Legendary Lost Sectors using the specific weapons above to complete this challenge.

Lenses in Focus

Challenge: Go to the Prismatic Recaster and discover how to unlock more lenses. 10 lenses.

All you need to do for this challenge is unlock lenses at the Prismatic Caster. You can do this by defeating enemies with specific weapons from Season of the Chosen or abilities. Check out our Hammer of Proving guide if you need help.

Clearing the Inner Circle

Challenge: Defeat Primeval Envoys in Gambit. 40 Envoys.

You’ll need to play a lot of Gambit for this challenge. Just stick near the Primeval and try not to kill it too quickly.

Trial by Firing Squad

Challenge: Win multiple rounds in the Trials of Osiris. Seven rounds.

You just need to complete rounds — not matches — to complete this challenge. You’ll get a bonus Trials of Osiris weapon if you get all seven rounds.

Decisive Strike

Challenge: Acquire the Panacea ornament for the Salvager’s Salvo grenade launcher.

Once you pick up Salvager’s Salvo, grab the ornament quest from Zavala. You’ll need to complete a bunch of Strikes and get grenade launcher kills to get this ornament.

Make sure to finish all of these and the rest of the Seasonal Challenges if you want to complete the Master of All Challenge by May 11, which rewards a Large Bright Dust Pile.
