Destiny 2 Season of the Splicer guide: Seasonal Challenges for Week 6, June 15

Destiny 2: Season of the Splicer’s Week 6 Seasonal Challenges arrived on June 15, and in this guide we’ll show you how to complete them all.

Some Season 14 weekly Challenges are more involved than the others. Check out the descriptions below for advice on the fastest way to complete these Seasonal Challenges — particularly Eliksni Ally 2, Herculean Protocol, and The Red Hat in Season 14 — before they expire on Aug. 24.

Behind the Curtain

Challenge: Speak to the Splicer Servitor and complete Path of the Splicer 6, and defeat Champions anywhere in the system. Bonus progress for Champions defeating in Override or Expunge.

Complete this weekly quest and work to kill Champions in both Override and Expunge missions. You can also kill Champions in other activities.

Herculean Protocol

Challenge: Defeat the Hydra boss in Override, and defeat powerful Vex anywhere in the system. Bonus progress for Vex defeated in Override.

To complete this Challenge, you’ll need to defeat powerful Vex and the Override Hydra. The hardest part about this one is that you have to defeat the Override Hydra, which is only around every three weeks. Make sure you do at least one Override a week to get this one done.

Eliksni Ally 2

Challenge: Increase your Reputation with the Splicer Servitor in the H.E.L.M.

You’ll need to earn a lot of Data for this one. Just keep playing Override and completing your weekly missions. You’ll unlock this one eventually.

Shotgun Splicer

Challenge: In Override or Expunge, defeat combatants with shotguns. Earn bonus progress by rapidly defeating them.

Equip a shotgun while working on these other challenges and your weekly missions. This should only take a few runs to complete.

Sling the Stone ...

Challenge: Stagger, pierce, or disrupt Champions. 50 Champions staggered.

You’ll need to stagger 50 Champions for this one. Thankfully, you can do this in any activity. Make sure to have your mods on for Override and Expunge. If you’re doing any Nightfalls this season, you’ll complete this one fairly quickly.

Feels Good to Be Bad

Challenge: Defeat Guardians in Gambit. Earn bonus progress for defeating them as an Invader.

You’ll need to play a bit of Gambit for this one. You'll earn the most progress while playing as an Invader, so it’s best to do this with a coordinated group.

The Red Hat

Challenge: Acquire The Red Hat ornament for Null Composure.

You’ll need to unlock the fusion rifle ornament by completing the Crucible quest. You just need to defeat Guardians with fusion rifles and earn Valor ranks.

Make sure to finish all of these and the rest of the Seasonal Challenges if you want to complete the Master of All Challenge by Aug. 24, which rewards a Large Bright Dust Pile.
