Destiny 2 Gambit developer’s tips on how to dominate in the free trial

Destiny 2: Forsaken’s flagship feature is the PvEvP mode Gambit, where players fight enemies, bank motes and try to take each other down in the process. For 24 hours, starting at 1 p.m. EDT on Saturday, Sept. 1, all Destiny 2 owners will be able to check out the mode for free ahead of Forsaken’s release on Sept. 4.

In anticipation for this free trial (and how tricky Gambit can be), we sat down with Gambit designers Lars Bakken and Robbie Stevens to get a better idea of how players should approach the new mode. The team had quite a few suggestions for us, and we’ve documented them all in some potent Gambit guides.
