If you played Destiny, you may be familiar with Xur, the weekly Exotic item merchant. In Destiny 2, he’s back, and he now appears all over the map. This week, you can find Xur on Titan, taking shelter in a small hut east of The Rig.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:
- Two-Tailed Fox, rocket launcher: 29 Legendary Shards
- Assassin’s Cowl, Hunter helmet: 23 Legendary Shards
- Dunemarchers, Titan legs: 23 Legendary Shards
- Contraverse Hold, Warlock gauntlets: 23 Legendary Shards
- Isochronal Engram: 97 Legendary Shards
- Invitation quest: 9 Legendary Shards
Xur’s inventory caps out at 941 if you’re 960.
Two-Tailed Fox
The Two-Tailed Fox is an Exotic rocket launcher from Forsaken. Its primary perk, Twintails, causes it to launch two rockets instead of one — both of which track. Its secondary perk is Play with your Prey, which causes one rocket to deal burning Solar damage, and the other to suppress enemies with Void damage.
The Two-Tailed Fox is a cool rocket launcher that’s interesting and unique to use. But it’s never been very useful in any kind of late-game content. If you want a fun Exotic that’s fun to use but isn’t going to be a mainstay in your arsenal, grab the Two-Tailed Fox from Xur this week.
Assassin’s Cowl
The Assassin’s Cowl is a new Exotic from Shadowkeep. If you’ve completed the Shadowkeep campaign as a Hunter, you should’ve already gotten this helmet from Ikora Rey. The Assassin Cowl’s main perk is Vanishing Execution, which turns the user invisible after a melee kill on a Guardian, or Finishing Move kill on other enemies.
The perk also triggers some health regeneration. There are a lot of great Hunter Exotics out there, but Assassin’s Cowl’s uses are limited. This one is great for aggressive players, but still falls behind some other PvE Exotics like Celestial Nighthawk or Orpheus Rigs.
Xur’s roll this week is Void, and comes with 48 total stats.
Dunemarchers
Dunemarchers are excellent Titan boots that everyone should pick up. Their exotic perk, Linear Actuators, increases your sprint speed and causes your next melee after sprinting to chain damage to nearby foes. The secondary part of this perk is almost unnoticeable. The reason you want Dunemarchers is to increase your speed. This exotic is awesome for PvP and can even come in handy on some raid fights like The Gauntlet. If you don’t have these boots for your Titan, be sure to grab them.
Xur’s roll this week is Arc, and comes with 50 total stats.
Contraverse Hold
Contraverse Hold is a new Warlock Exotic added in Forsaken. Its exotic perk, Chaotic Exchanger, gives you bonus damage resistance while charging a Void grenade. Charged grenade hits refund a random amount of grenade energy each time it deals damage. These are powerful Void Warlock gauntlets. If randomness hasn’t been kind to you, pick these up!
Xur’s roll this week is Void, and comes with 48 total stats.
Invitation
If you haven’t completed the Invitation quest yet, Xur is still offering it for nine Legendary Shards.
