In the first two weeks of Destiny 2: Season of Dawn, you saved the legendary Titan, Saint-14, from the Infinite Forest on Mercury. Now you can find Saint relaxing in the Tower Hangar. If you speak to him, you can pick up a few new quests for Season of Dawn. One of those quests gives you a new source of the Polarized Fractaline resource: bounties from Saint-14.
Here’s how to unlock Saint-14’s bounties, and increase your daily Polarized Fractaline intake.
A Guardian’s Duty quest — Community Service

Saint-14’s easiest new quest is A Guardian’s Duty: Community Service. Go speak to him in the Tower Hangar and pick up the quest before you do anything else.
To complete A Guardian’s Duty, you only need to complete eight Vanguard (Strike), Crucible, or Gambit bounties. Grab bounties for whichever activity type you like best and start playing. Note you can mix and match the bounties you complete — they don’t all have to be from the same activity.
Once you’ve completed all eight bounties, turn them in. Return to Saint-14 in the Tower Hangar. After you talk to Saint, he’ll ask you to place his book near his ship. There’s a small, glowing area right behind Saint. Interact with it.
Once you’ve put the book down, Saint-14 will offer four daily bounties that offer 50 Polarized Fractaline each. Unlike the Obelisk bounties, Saint’s bounties are very easy, respawn daily, and can help you increase your Obelisk levels much quicker.
Tribute to the Colonies

If you sprint through A Guardian’s Duty without completing any of Saint’s other quests, it’s possible the bounties may not unlock. We’re currently unsure if you only need to complete A Guardian’s Duty, or if you also need to finish one of Saint’s other quests, Tribute to the Colonies.
Here’s how to complete Tribute to the Colonies, even if it’s just for a Triumph.
Early Colonies
Tribute to the Colonies is quite a bit longer than A Guardian’s Duty, but the objectives are easy. First, Saint-14 asks you to defeat 100 enemies on Titan. Go play a Public Event or Lost Sector on the small planet, and you’ll get 100 kills in no time.
Remembrance Through Service
After Titan, the quest takes you to Nessus. Speak to Failsafe before you do anything else. Now you need to defeat 100 enemies on Nessus, complete a Patrol, and finish two Public Events. Note that one Heroic Public Event counts for two in this quest. Grab a quick Patrol you can complete while running a Heroic Public Event to kill two birds with one stone.
Kill however many enemies you have left to finish the quest.
Protector of the People
For the next step, you need to visit Devrim in the EDZ. You have the same objectives on Earth as you did on Nessus: 100 kills, two Public Events, and a Patrol. Use the same method to complete this part of the quest.
When you’ve helped out Devrim, return to Saint-14 in the Tower, and he’ll hand you a golden statue. Place it to the right of his ship, on a small stand. You’ll earn the A Past Remembered Triumph, and get a nice stack of Polarized Fractaline for marking it complete.
We aren’t sure what this statue is for. Based on the order we did the quests in, it’s possible you must place the statue before Saint-14 offers bounties — although we doubt that’s the case based on the bounty tooltip and the Triumph. It could potentially come into play for another quest later in Season of Dawn. Or it could just be for the Triumph.
