Destiny 2 Xur location and items, June 5-9

The weekly Exotic item merchant, Xur, hangs out in random locations around the world of Destiny. In Destiny 2, he can appear all over the map, as well as inside the Tower. This week, you can find Xur on Titan, to the east of The Rig.

Xur’s inventory this week consists of the following:

• Suros Regime, auto rifle: 29 Legendary Shards
• ST0MP-EE5, Hunter legs: 23 Legendary Shards
• Stronghold, Titan arms: 23 Legendary Shards
• Claws of Ahamkara, Warlock arms: 23 Legendary Shards
• Exotic Engram: 97 Legendary Shards

Xur’s inventory caps out at 981 if you’re at 1000.

Suros Regime

Suros Regime is a fan-favorite Destiny auto rifle that returned to Destiny 2 in the Warmind expansion. Its first exotic perk is Suros Legacy, which causes the bottom half of each magazine to deal bonus damage and have a chance to return player health on kills.

The second exotic perk is actually a choice between Spinning Up and Dual Speed Receiver. Spinning Up causes the firing speed of Suros Regime to rise the longer you hold the trigger. Dual Speed Receiver causes Suros Regime to deal more damage when aiming down sights but fire much slower.

Suros Regime allows for changing your play style on the fly, depending on the type of enemy you’re dealing with. There’s a reason so many players loved this gun in Destiny. On top of some great perks, it feels genuinely great to fire at enemies. This is a must-have weapon for all players, and is especially good in PvP.

ST0MP-EE5

ST0MP-EE5 is a powerful traversal exotic for Hunters. The exotic perk, Hydraulic Boosters, increases slide and sprint speed, as well as jump height. This exotic is very strong in all kinds of situations. In PvE content, it can be great for getting where you need to go quickly. In PvP, it’s a perfect exotic to disorient foes and get to unexpected places quickly.

Stronghold

These gauntlets have the exotic perk Clenched Fist, where your sword gets maximum guard stats while you use it. Well-timed guards that block damage also heal the Titan. Swords saw a massive buff during Season of the Worthy, which makes these gloves more desirable than they were before.

Claws of Ahamkara

The Claws of Ahamkara are Warlock gauntlets added in Destiny 2’s Warmind expansion. Their exotic perk, The Whispers, grants any Warlock that wears these gloves an extra melee charge. Warlocks have some pretty powerful melee abilities, so these are great gloves if you love getting up close with your enemies.
