Destiny 2 guide: Exploring the Corridors of Time quest

A new, secret quest has appeared in Destiny 2: “Exploring the Corridors of Time.” If you want to participate, you need to speak to Osiris and head back into the Corridors of Time and explore a new maze.

Osiris wants you to complete a new lore book for him, and you’ll discover pages as you explore the Corridors of Time. We’re currently unsure if lore is the only reward for this quest, but we’ll continue updating this guide as we learn more.

Traverse the Corridors of Time

To start this quest, you need to speak to Osiris at the Sundial Spire on Mercury. He will give you a chance to go back into the Corridors of Time, like you did to save Saint-14 earlier this season. Walk over to the Sundial’s little computer and activate it.

Now inside the Corridors of Time, walk through the blank area until you reach your first triangle door. For this puzzle, you need to walk through various rooms in a specific order — based on the symbols in front of the door. You don’t need to kill any enemies. Just run door to door.

When you get inside the Timelost Vault, you can walk up to a pool and pick up lore for the new The Pigeon and The Phoenix lore book. You will also see a sword embedded in a grave at the center of the pool, and a code on the floor. If you try to reach the grave, you will get teleported out.

Once you have the lore from the Timelost Vault, walk out the door you came in and back to the Corridors of Time. Walk up to the little obelisk on your right, and interact with it to reset the maze. With the maze reset, walk back through using a different code for another piece of lore.

For entering this Timelost Vault, you will earn a new emblem and see a new map for a second puzzle.

When you finish running the final code, you can finally approach the tomb in the Timelost Vault. Interact with the tomb and Saint-14 will eulogize you — the tomb in the Timelost Vault belongs to your Guardian.

When Saint finishes speaking, you will complete the “Exploring the Corridors of Time” quest, and pick up the Chronometric Weapon Core. Talk to Saint-14 in the Tower Hangar, and you will start the Memento: Spoken Word quest — which leads to the Exotic Kinetic fusion rifle Bastion.
