Launched alongside Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, Season of the Risen sees the alliance between the Guardians and Empress Caiatl’s Cabal tested as they examine and eliminate Savathun’s Hive army that has access to the Light.

To show off your accomplishments, you can unlock the Season of the Risen seal and its accompanying Risen title. In this Destiny 2 guide, we’ll break down everything you need to do to unlock both.

The Season of the Risen Triumphs

While Season of the Risen will be available for all of 2022, the season title and seal will become unavailable after Destiny 2’s Lightfall expansion launches sometime in 2023. Players who unlock the title before it goes away will be able to display it forever.

Applied Psychotronics: Unlock all 10 upgrades for the War Table

To get all 10 upgrades for the War Table, you’ll need to complete each of the seasonal challenges that shows it drops Insight.

Insight is the currency used to actually unlock each War Table upgrade. You can earn one Insight for completing each of the four “Operation Elbrus: Week X” challenges, each of the three “Legendary PsiOperative” challenges, and each of the three “Light Reclaimer” challenges. These unlock on a week-by-week basis, and you will be able to complete and claim the last ones at the weekly reset on April 11, 2022.

Mind Reading: Collect all four pages of the Acts of Mercy and all five of the Quintessence lore books

To complete this Triumph, you’ll need to acquire all of the lore pages for the Acts of Mercy and Quintessence lore books. You earn these pages from the below Triumphs.

  • Active Listener — Listen to all five of the Season of the Risen radio messages in the HELM.
  • Psionic Operator — Complete the mission “Operation Elbrus.”
  • Over Your Dead Body — Defeat 15 Lighthoarders in PsiOps Battlegrounds.

Old Foes Rise Again: Listen to all four unique Psionic propaganda messages in the control room of the “Vox Obscura” Exotic quest

To complete this Triumph, you’ll need to complete the “Vox Obscura” Exotic quest during four different weeks. This Triumph is character-bound, so make sure that you use the same character across all four weeks.

Reckless Shot: Earn Reckless Endangerment.

To complete this Triumph, you’ll need to unlock the Reckless Endangerment shotgun, a season pursuit weapon. You can unlock this gun by achieving rank 16 in one of the three core activity vendors. That is Zavala for Vanguard activities, Shaxx for Crucible activities, and the Drifter for Gambit.
