Vaclav is claiming he can turn you into "Jensen 2.0." It's not all that great, but it's worth the effort that went into the side mission. You can now overclock your experimental augs. You don't have to worry about turning any of them off. They are all available and can all be activated.

Back to the mission at hand. Travel to Davny Ctvrt via the metro to uncover more about Viktor Marchenko. Like the last plane ride, moving forward will close out any unfinished side missions. Finish those up before you embark.
