Diablo 2: Resurrected legacy mode gives you a quick way to jump back and forth between updated graphics and the early 2000s originals.
In this Diablo 2 legacy graphics guide, we’ll explain how to toggle legacy graphics on and off with the press of a button (or buttons), whether you’re playing on console or PC with a controller or keyboard on PS4, PS5, Windows, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X.
Turn on legacy graphics
The challenge with legacy graphics is figuring out how to actually activate them. You’ll need to hit a combination of buttons on a controller (or just one key on your keyboard):
- G key on a PC
- LT + View on an Xbox
- L2 + Touchbad on a Playstation
- ZL + Minus (-) on Nintendo Switch
The legacy graphics settings are in the Options menu under Video > Legacy Video Options. Those let you set things like resolution and how lighting works.
You can double check the buttons in the pause menu under Options > Help.
