H1Z1's fusion of zombie survival and multiplayer combat isn't exactly the first on the scene, but it does have some neat additional layers that should make successful not-dying all the more difficult. Like, for instance, its automobiles, which get you from point A to point B quite quickly — assuming the noise of its engines doesn't attract other survivors and their bullets along the way.
