Nintendo's E3 sale runs for the next week

Discounts of up to 40 percent

To celebrate E3, Nintendo is running a sale with up to 40 percent off a selection of popular games. The week-long sale at Nintendo's eShop starts now, and runs for the next week. In addition to the standard sale price members of the My Nintendo rewards program will receive an additional 10 percent off the discounted prices.

The sale includes many Zelda and Pokémon titles in addition to games for Nintendo's Virtual Console.

Today's live Nintendo Treehouse presentation included new details on Pokémon Sun and Moon and an extended play session of the next Zelda game, titled The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It features a large open world, and activities such as cooking and taming horses. The game will launch simultaneously on the Wii U and Nintendo's next console, codenamed NX, some time in 2017.

A complete list of the titles on sale can be found here. The sale ends at 8:59 am PT on June 21.
