Electronic Arts kicked off E3 2017* early with its EA Play event and, while a big part of the event included playing games, the press conference had all the new stuff. Instead of watching the whole thing (which you can do here, if you want), we trimmed it all down to just under three minutes. You’ll find:
- Madden NFL 18, with a new story mode
- A Battlefield 1 expansion called “In the Name of the Tsar”
- Need for Speed Payback and its new “heist” mode
- The return of Alex Hunter in FIFA 18’s story mode
- A new co-op game from the team behind Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons (!)
- BioWare’s new game has a name, Anthem, and not much else right now
- Yes, Star Wars Battlefront 2 will have a story mode this time around
