Ori and the Will of the Wisps coming in 2019

Gorgeous new gameplay trailer has storms and monsters

Ori and the Will of the Wisps, the beautiful and challenging platformer from Austrian indie developer Moon Studios, is scheduled to be released in 2019 on Windows 10 and Xbox One, according a new trailer that premiered at the Xbox E3 press briefing.

Microsoft announced Ori and the Will of the Wisps at E3 2017; it is the sequel to 2015’s Ori and the Blind Forest. Both games are side-scrolling platformers with puzzle-solving elements. The new trailer for Ori and the Will of the Wisps features gameplay footage of action in forests, caves, jungles and other environments, and a variety of creatures including a giant arachnid-looking beast of some kind.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is set to be an Xbox Play Anywhere title across PC and Xbox One. It will also be enhanced for the Xbox One X, and will support 4K resolution. For more, check out the trailer above.
