Slime Rancher 2, the sequel to the first-person farming simulator from Monomi Park, was announced at the Xbox press conference at E3 on Sunday. It is slated to be released in 2022 and will be coming to Windows PC and Xbox Series X. It will also come to Xbox Game Pass on release day.

We didn’t get a ton of information, but we did get a quick look at its vibrant and playful world.

Slime Rancher 2 takes place in the ocean, where you’ll set sail across the Slime Sea for a new adventure as Beatrix LeBeau, the protagonist of the first Slime Rancher game. The trailer shows all sorts of colorful aquatic environments, as well as slimes inspired by various animals like butterflies, bunnies, and anglerfish.

In the first Slime Rancher, you explore its cartoony world as you suck up various kinds of slime up with your VacPack. Once you collect them, you’ll bring them back to your farm breed the slime and raise them.
