In this Elden Ring Sacred Tear guide, we’ll show you where to find every Sacred Tear in the Lands Between to enhance your Flasks of Crimson and Cerulean Tears. Sacred Tears are always found at churches.

Sacred Tears are consumable items you’ll spend at sites of grace to upgrade your Sacred Flasks. Each Sacred Tear you use increases the amount of HP or FP your Flasks restore.

Elden Ring Limgrave Sacred Tear locations

There are four Sacred Tears to find in Limgrave and the Weeping Peninsula. You’ll find them in the Third Church of Marika, Church of Pilgrimage, Fourth Church of Marika, and the Callu Baptismal Church.

Elden Ring Liurnia Sacred Tear locations

There are three Sacred Tears to collect in Liurnia of the Lakes. You’ll find them in the Church of Irith, Bellum Church, and the Church of Inhibition.

Elden Ring Altus Plateau Sacred Tear locations

There are two Sacred Tears to collect in the Altus Plateau. You’ll find them in the Second Church of Marika and the Stormcaller Church.

Elden Ring Caelid and Dragonbarrow Sacred Tear locations

There is only one Sacred Tear to collect in Caelid and Dragonbarrow. You’ll find it in the Church of the Plague.
