Search and follow the treasure map at Junk Junction – Fortnite season 8 week 10 challenge guide

The last regularly scheduled week of challenges for Fortnite season 8 is here, and in week 10 there’s another treasure hunt. For this one, players will need to find and search the map at Junk Junction, then follow its clue to reach the star.

This challenge is broken up into two steps, so you’ll need to search the sign first, then go get the star in another game. Here’s a map to make things a little bit simpler when you’re trying to land for this challenge.

Search the treasure map in Junk Junction

The first thing you’ll need to do is head to Junk Junction. The map is on the north side of Junk, just past the main building.

Once you land, you can head straight to the sign and search it. Now you should be able to see the full treasure map.

If that map looks familiar, it’s because it’s exactly the same Fork Knife formation as one of the map’s caves. This area is in the bottom area of the Fortnite map just northwest of Fatal Fields. Once you get there, head to the spot marked on the map, destroy the rock that’s there, and you’ll find this week’s star.
