Shadow Ops Impromptu Tactical questline

You’ll find Shadow Ops in Lazy Lake. Head to the southwest corner of town by the Big Shots. The “Visit a Guardian Tower” step of the Impromptu Tactical questline is the first of five steps.

There are five Guardian Tower locations around the island. They are all near (but not in) named locations — Believer Beach, Misty Meadows, Pleasant Park, Retail Row, and Steamy Stacks. You only need to visit (get close to) one to complete this step of the Impromptu Tactical punchcard questline.

Believer Beach Guardian Tower

Follow the beach east out of Believer Beach. You’ll see the Guardian Tower set back a little from the water’s edge.

Misty Meadows Guardian Tower

There’s an island in the large lake north of Misty Meadows. You’ll find this Guardian Tower on that island.

Pleasant Park Guardian Tower

This Guardian Tower is located at the top of the hill about halfway between Craggy Cliffs and Pleasant Park.

Retail Row Guardian Tower

Head into the hills north-northeast of Retail Row to find this Guardian Tower.

Steamy Stacks Guardian Tower
