Nookslist - Polynauts' Animal Crossing Tradepost

Welcome! Welcome! Come on in! This here is Nookslist, your one stop shop for buying, selling, and trading your extra Animal Crossing items with fellow Polynauts! Exchanging your items is so easy, even a raccoon could do it! Here's how it works:

To list your items, create a new comment using these three simple steps.

1. Take a screenshot (hold L+R) of your item(s) you wish to sell. The names of Animal Crossing items can be pretty obscure, so it's easiest for everyone if they can actually see what you're offering.

2. List the name of each item you're selling with an associated price and items you're willing to trade for. Keep in mind, this isn't an auction house. If you're selling, please have a specific price.

3. Provide your friend code, so people don't have to search around. Also provide your region (US/UK/AU/ETC.) as well as a time zone.

To buy an item someone else has listed...

Simply respond to a listing and state which item(s) you'd like to purchase/trade, along with your friend code. From there, it is up to you and the seller to set up a time to make the transaction (Keep in mind time zone differences. The farther away you are, the harder it will be to set up a time.)

A few tips to make your transaction more enjoyable:

If you're exchanging Bells (in-game currency) for an item, use the Flea Market function in Re-Tail to complete the transaction. This will prevent theft of items and bells and will ensure sellers get the price they want.

If you have a bad experience with your transaction (no show, changed price, chopped down trees, etc.), please share with everyone by leaving feedback. Same goes for good experiences. We want to know who can and can't be trusted.

Stay local for easier scheduling. The farther away you and your buyer/seller are IRL, the harder it's going to be to set up a time to make your trade.

Offer up a complimentary fruit with each transaction. Each town has a single fruit that grows, but there are many in the world.

That's about it! If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
