Post your Fallout 4 character build here!

Here's a handy build planner you should all take advantage of before Fallout 4 hits tomorrow. I refrained from adding perks to my character only because the level requirements for most of them still remain a mystery. I call mine Thomas "The Tank" Engine: Thomas T. T. Engine. I was committed to this build the moment I saw the "Pain Train" perk. Hopefully I won't be punished too badly for having neither the "Locksmith" nor the "Hacker" perks due to low Perception and Intelligence.
